The owners care about their employees and consultants. F9G does its best to provide value to our customers while developing and retaining outstanding IT and corporate support talent. We operate in an ethical manner with our customers, employees, consultants and partners. Compensation is at or above market, and benefits to our employees are also.
Cons
F9G is a growing company, and growing pains come along with that. There are sometimes hard decisions to be made among alternatives that just aren't great. F9G primarily serves the Federal Government, and with that there are always issues. In our roles as a prime or subcontractor, we are on the receiving end of customer requests and needs that can be characterized as not always consistent with a long term or best value approach.
