I had a highly disappointing experience working at this firm. They clearly don't value hard work, as I consistently put in extra hours, often late at night, and when I asked for a raise, their response was, "Well, if you think you're that indispensable, you're free to explore other opportunities." The work environment is toxic, with a constant cycle of hiring and firing. It's no place for creative, artistic individuals. They refuse to provide experience certificates and make your life miserable when you try to resign. This company is solely focused on making money and even deceives clients by overstaffing projects unnecessarily. Working at this firm was an absolute nightmare. It's essentially a drafting firm with zero design input, and even the smallest changes, like relocating a wall by 200 mm, require endless emails to the client for approval. Don't expect to feel like an architect here; they only hire architects for marketing purposes. Adding insult to injury, they monitor your every move through some Russian staff cop software and constantly nag you if you step away from your screen, even for a minute. This place is a career graveyard.

Pros

Year-end Bonus - Office Parties for people who want to drink for free. You can easily spend a year in this company without doing any work. You need to maintain your outfits and fake accent. Don't forget to pretend you are busy at home and taking care of your extended Family. Age matters - managers and so-called seniors can make any baseless statement since they have crossed 40. Marriage matters - Managers think that only a married person has a Family to take care of and has a personal life, so that you can take advantage of this.

Cons

Team Structure - The so-called core team members are not capable enough to bring a good project; as a result, the workforce is working on data centres. You don't get promoted for your performance, learn to be over obedient, forget your personal life and pretend to take initiative, but don't take any initiative in reality to get a hike and promotions. Those who took the initiative and claimed the credit, their names erased easily. Managers are more involved and concerned about your personal matters than you, your family and friends. Upper management is short-tempered and sidelines professionalism often. They never hesitate to show off the money they spent on gifts for workshops, and expect you to work as a slave in return.
