      Pros

      Great company, great products and services. You're treated with autonomy and respect from day one. Couldn't be happier at Fitspot! Dedicated and driven co-workers, and a fun sense of team cohesion. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the expertise and passion each team member brings to the table day in and day out.

      Pay is okay but that's the only good thing about this place

      Cons

      Very few tools to help you do your job. You are forced to bring your own equipment. Punitive management that does things willy nilly that causes problems and then sends mean notes blaming you for them. Last minute cancellations, and lots of favoritism.
