The office space is the only pro

The management mistreats you. They will not give you sick leaves. It says your job is Monday- Friday but you need to inform the management where are you over the weekends and make plans accordingly. No growth, no understanding, mistreating. They don’t understand family time or the concept of working “hours”

The company is young and it is pushing the boundaries to build and grow through its fitness products. I get to discuss, brainstorm, argue and agree before starting to develop.It is not like just another job — but rather I get to be a part of whole product lifecycle.

While I like the idea of sprints it may also be good to focus on great quality than building fast alone. While we focus on building with rigor, it at times misses the qc when too rushed.
