Cons

I had high hopes when I joined Fitluc, but my experience has been less than satisfactory. Here are some of my concerns: Lack of Communication: The communication within the company is abysmal. Important information is often withheld, and it's challenging to get a straight answer from management. Poor Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance is almost non-existent. Expect to work long hours consistently, which can be draining and unsustainable in the long run. Limited Growth Opportunities: Despite promises of growth and development, I found it difficult to advance in my career here. There is a lack of clear paths for career progression. Toxic Work Environment: The office culture is toxic, with a lot of internal politics especially when its propagated by the management. It's disheartening to see how it affects morale and productivity. Unfulfilled Promises: Many promises made during the hiring process were not fulfilled. It's disappointing when you're sold on a certain vision of the company, only to find it's far from reality.

Pros

Pretty flexible working hours but management will keep pushing to take more.

Cons

Management doesn't really take feedback well. No base pay, hence when starting out, expect to earn very little.

Pros

Easy to work with the trainers Working with like-minded people

Cons

Working hours can be a bit demanding. Having to wear multiple hats even when plate is full (such as ops duty, receptionist vibes, and doing marketing at the same time) If you really want to achieve freedom in creativity or producing contents, your mind need to be the same as the boss if not your ideas will be rejected. lack of teaching of skills and more self-learning (esp when you come wanting to learn a new skill).
