Terrible management emboldened by some of the least qualified directors and VPs you’ll ever work with. Entire company has lost its vision and expects employees to work beyond their role because they refuse to (or can’t afford to) fill any roles. There’s a reason they are bleeding clientele and can’t keep any employees consistently.
