Pros
Job security. Interesting topics to work on. External exposure very early on. Nice peers and very friendly and flat environment which makes daily work churning comfortable. Low stress workload generally Work life balance on your own terms (option to take on more work for more pay)
Cons
Limited technical training to take on the role, mostly self initiated. Salary increment is slow Promotion prospects to manager for non-head office personnel almost unheard of. Too much bulk in content that can be easily streamlined to get a better quality output for stuff clients are actually reading. Micromanagement in output and content delivery. Does not invest in its people.
