Pros

Friendly and constructive work environment. A great place to build skills. Everyone is trying to improve and recognizes the basic nature of improvement in the human condition.

Cons

Big push towards DEI of late, and all 3 need work. Inclusion is actually the best of all at present - a wide range of voices is encouraged by most senior managers. Diversity will take time but is on a path. Equity is the least clear, and if it's going to be defined, it should include salary in addition to racial and gender goals. As a corporation, all people are treated pretty equally, but this is different from equity (not talking about stock options, you won't get any of those). A broader definition of equity would look beyond the company walls to the ratings industry, which would show that the pay at Fitch is below the rest of the market, and is really not equitable to competitors, at present. It may be close, but it's not equitable, because the data is not public.
