Pros
High quality of life/work balance. Excellent health benefits (medical/dental) and generous time off policy (sick, personal, vacation). Collegiate atmosphere.
Cons
New open floor plan is disruptive and noisy, making it difficult to concentrate on work. Morale has been steadily declining over the past several years. Does not seem to be many opportunities to rotate for Directors and above.
