Good life balance. Good learning platform as the working environment is quite international where employee has the chance to have regional portfolio research coverage, and to exchange ideas with colleagues from different offices/countries
Cons
The package is lower that of investment banking. If you are young and ambitious professional looking for very high salary, this job may not be ideal for you
