Pros

There are no pros please don’t subject yourself to such a horrible work environment

Cons

Toxic leadership. You will be talked down to as if you’re unintelligent should you make one mistake. HR will not listen to you or provide a solution when you express that your leader is creating a hostile work environment. Lead flow is poor and goals are high and Unachievable. No proper training or guidance as well. Most of the time you’re lead to figure it out yourself. No room for growth at all.

Pros

Strong Europe and NYC presence with high caliber investment banking institutions. High quality trainers and teaching material content. Strong with technology / eLearning capabilities particularly as training continues virtually through the pandemic.

Cons

No complaints at this time.

Pros

Salary is average however bonuses or commissions are next to impossible. They offer some health benefits under the old 7-city company in the UK, but for single individual only.

Cons

Not a pleasant place to work. Sr managers in NY are out of touch with industry needs and continue to follow same unsuccessful process and blame hard-working employees for any drop in revenue. They claim to have a lot of support from Fitch after the recent buyout of the 7 City brand; however, this is clearly not the case. You would not recognize this organization as a Fitch company and most employees are surprised Fitch has not replaced any of the upper management in NY. I have seen many good sales and program professionals come and go, most leaving due to the terrible work atmosphere and no company culture outside of the UK office.
