Pros

An incredible team of hardworking, good people. Definitely a meritocracy, so if you are looking to coast and just have another job, this is the not the place for you. This is a rocket ship; you don't ask what seat, you get on. Each employee as the ability to directly contribute to the company. No bureaucracy or levels of employees to go through and the CEO & CTO encourages people to come up with new ideas.

Cons

Still growing and working out kinks, which is not surprising given how fast we are growing.

Cons

-Fast-paced startup means constantly changing processes so if you're not good with change this is not the place for you (Adaptability is key)

Pros

Great group of people in a close-knit environment who are driven to help the company succeed and look out for each other. The company has had tremendous growth during the past year which comes with a lot of opportunities and some bumps in the road to learn from. The leadership has been very open to feedback regarding policies, work priorities, and strategies to help improve employee efficiency and morale. As a growing startup with a tremendous amount of work, new employees with the right work ethic have a real opportunity to make a difference quickly. Work hard and you will succeed here and have a chance to get involved in something special at the ground level. Other perks, such as good compensation, dog-friendly office, company-provided snacks, beer, and wine, company outings, casual dress, and soon to roll out 401k plan.

Cons

Just about every startup struggles at times to grow up; however, that is a good problem to have as it shows true growth of the company. The lack of 401k was a point of discussion as was lack of standard policies surrounding PTO and remote work. To compensate, management has made recent strides to alleviate these concerns and gain valuable feedback from its employees. Depending on the position, the hours can be long so the typical clock-employee who is just looking for a decent paycheck probably does not have the capacity to succeed here. Hard work and the ability to adapt is required.
