CONSTANT turn over, people leave or get left go, which leads to constant in consistency. Each new person has their own "bright" ideas of how things should be done. Upper management not supportive of junior staff. Politics in head office. Certain depts are either swamped with work while others are twiddling their thumbs with minimal to do. Too much time spent doing reports that the head office barely uses...countless hours wasted doing reports. IMO, the recent positive reviews for the company were probably prompted by HR who only recently became aware of this site.
