Pros

The members, flexibility of creating your own schedule if you have appointments/need to cancel. Just take care of your clients

Cons

Percentage of revenue is low (start at 20-25%, never make more than 50%); must maintain minimum 33 hrs to qualify for PTO or benefits, so if you work at the slower locations you have to work twice as hard to build clientele and keep your benefits; they have served/threatened multiple individuals to take them to court based on the conflict of interest contract they make you sign, if you want to continue personal training in the area after leaving there they have done this to employees who have been there for years and worked hard for them. Even though they know It doesn’t matter in Illinois when you’re making >$70k/annually.
