Pros

FitBudd is one of those places where no two days feel the same—in a good way. You’re constantly solving real problems for real fitness businesses, which makes the work feel meaningful. There’s a strong sense of ownership, and if you’re someone who likes figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions, you’ll thrive here. The global client exposure sharpens your communication skills quickly, and the learning curve is steep in the best way possible.

Cons

If you prefer very structured environments with fixed processes, it might take some time to adjust.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience working at FitBudd. The company provides a supportive and collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership of their work and contribute ideas. The leadership team is approachable, and there is a strong focus on helping fitness professionals succeed through innovative technology. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility of the remote work culture and the opportunity to continuously learn and develop new skills. The team is passionate, helpful, and always willing to support one another. Supportive team, remote work flexibility, approachable leadership, fast-paced growth environment.

Cons

As with any growing company, priorities can change quickly, which requires adaptability and strong time management skills.

Pros

You get real ownership here, not the fake "ownership" most startups promise. Leadership actually trusts you to run with things instead of micromanaging every move. You get the space to build, experiment, and own outcomes. The product is genuinely solving a real problem for fitness professionals, which makes the work meaningful. You're not pushing some random SaaS nobody needs. Small team means zero politics. You talk directly to founders, decisions happen fast, and your work has visible impact on the business. You can see your contributions directly move revenue numbers. That kind of clarity is rare. Fully remote setup, which is a huge plus. No forced return-to-office nonsense. You get the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you are. Great learning curve too. You'll wear multiple hats. Strategy, execution, analytics, hiring. It makes you sharper across the board. If you want comfortable 9-to-5 cruise mode, this isn't for you. But if you want to compress 5 years of growth into 2, this is the place.

Cons

Things change fast. Priorities shift, and you need to be comfortable with ambiguity. Not a con for me personally (maybe at times, yes), but worth knowing if you prefer structured environments.
