      Pros

      This job made me feel horrible for the customer. I had to quit because the company was so awful to their customers

      Cons

      I never spoke to a happy customer. The way the company scammed its customers was appalling. I'm not sure how the government has not stepped in to stop what they are doing. They know the scanner is inaccurate but lie to customers and force us to use a script to lie to customers.

      Work from home is nice.

      Cons

      This company only cares about money. They will swindle their potential customers into equipment they know doesn’t work. Their customer service is absolute trash and there are barely any happy customers. Customers should really get together and file a lawsuit.
