Pros

Good as an entry level corporate job. It will teach you about what you do and don't want in your next job when you inevitably move on from here.

Cons

Poor documentation, ticket flow and constant break downs in communication between teams, which makes it difficult to deliver consistent results to the clients they work with. If you are a person of color, and want to work here, please don't think this place is progressive. It is like any other company with a majority Caucasian workforce. You will deal with microaggressions from coworkers, clients and upper management alike. And do NOT ever assume anything is confidential when it comes to HR. It is not. Nepotism is rampant, which is typical for a small company so just know, that if that is a deal breaker for you, don't work here. Although it is founded by women, this company is NO DIFFERENT than any other company as it pertains to pay equity. You will not be paid the same amount as your male co workers-even with the same level or more of experience as them, unless you actually ask someone what they are making. And even then, its never guaranteed that you will be compensated equitably.

Pros

Any pro's are buried under the layer of bad. I won't even start.

Cons

- Extremely high turn over rate. - Company is beginning to lose money, leading to poorly covered-up cutting efforts in employees. - Extremely dishonest with both employees and customers alike. - Compensation is below margin across the board for all positions except management. - Overworked employees, often expected to know high-level IT after being hired in. - Will often hire non-IT people into positions which causes frustration among company. - Redundant management structure. 0 reason for "VP's" within company. - Clique-like social structure. Very common for there to be a "Us vs them" mentality within the office. Even more so with management vs employees. - Often overpromise and under deliver for customers. Especially in terms of coverage. - Refuse to invest in employees at the basic level for advancement. - Training doesn't happen here. - Often totes "ESOP" plan as a gauge for how well company is doing, but reports new numbers RIGHT AFTER large number's culling, which inflates price making them look better. - Management care more about personal social media appearances than they do actually working. Long story short: This company is in a death-spiral due to their scummy business practices and complete ignorance of actual issues happening within their own payroll. Thinking about applying? Don't. Thinking about signing on as a customer? Don't.
