Pros

Initial onboarding and ability to get CEU's is appreciated. Work and life balance can be ok but it's always changing since when we lose clients your working hours shifts.

Cons

Turnover is bad and its really been bad for the culture but no one seems to care. Services we provide are different for each company we work with. They're also different among the same company at each of their sites so reporting and quality of service is inconsistent and not what was promised to them. The internal sales team over promises and then gets mad at us for not delivering. The infighting is also a big issue and lots of employees have either quit or been repremanded for bringing any issues up. I think that's why we are also forced to work in small silo's and don't collaborate much so we don't compare notes.
