Leadership is understanding and genuinely cares about their employees, which creates an amazing work-life balance that’s hard to find elsewhere. I’ve had the opportunity to grow within the company, both personally and professionally, and I feel valued for my contributions. It’s a workplace where hard work is recognized, and the people truly make it a place you want to stay long-term. I couldn’t recommend it more!

In a close-knit environment, work can sometimes feel overwhelming if someone is out or if workloads increase unexpectedly.

Consistent, but low for the industry. A lot of freedom to teach what you want though!

Low compared to other gyms and boutiques. The coordinator is awful but just teach your classes and stay out of her way.
