excellent pay, excellent upper management and leadership, unbelievable work life balance. best equipment and amenities. fit athletic is the best fitness/ wellness/ gyms in the nation hands down.

I dont have a single con to give about this company.

The facilities, and the group ex instructors Fit employs are incredible.

The management could not be worse. All you are is a body to them. If you cannot work exactly when they want you to, you will be fired without any conversation, or attempt at compromise. They have no respect for the amount of time you've worked for them, and 6 weeks notice is not enough time to request time off. The managers will pretend to be your friends to get dirt on you for when they (inevitably) will fire you.
