Chaotic but good company culture - Customer Success Manager Fit Analytics Employee Review

Great team, great product, plenty of opportunity. Lots of opportunity to interact and learn from leadership.

Still a start-up so there are some minor growing pains.

Transparency with all employees- leadership is always striving to improve the company and grow its employees. Post-COVID we now have unlimited WFH and flexible hours and it works well with meetings and communication. Great team of diverse backgrounds and experiences, social events are planned regularly. Amazing benefits.

Fit Analytics is in between a start-up and an established company so there are still some processes not in place for as much structure as a large company. They take feedback and make changes though when anything like this is brought up but that can take time, we all know the company is growing. It doesn't both most employees but if you are looking for a very structured and process oriented company, Fit Analytics may not be your culture fit yet.
