Pros

Higher base salary compared to market (to attract talent)z

Cons

Where do I start… 1. First Uk store manager talks bad about other managers expressing how much he wants Natasha Fisker’s job or how much he wants to work his way up the ranks whilst speaking bad on employees. 2. Mr. Dennis sets high expectations but the rules doesn’t apply to him… expects you to wear uniform but doesn’t wear the orange shirt himself, questions you when you’re late 5mins but leaves 3 hours early almost everyday as he chooses to “wfh”, tells you to not sit on a chair on the shop floor but does so himself. 3. They are rushing the process of delivering cars as they want to please shareholders not being aware that there are plenty of flaws in the software (amongst other issues). 4. They claim to be focused on customers but care more about volume? They expect their customers to drive to their nearest test drive location (London) but only offer 15mins test drive. 5. There are clear favorites for particular roles and people are paid excessively different even when their jobs are exactly the same. 6. Set the expectation that you “set the culture for the UK” but your feedback, ideas, input is not appreciated and the store manager wants all the credit for everything good that goes on… but blames employees when things go wrong. 7. Manager chooses his own rota, regardless always has weekends off even when the team are lead. Manager prefers to have his weekend off than to help the team not be stressed about being lead over the very busy weekend. He would prefer to hire temp staff at higher rates so he could have his weekends off.
