Pros
Years of constant re-structuring, lack of vision / direction and u-turns have eroded peoples trust in group management. But recent appointment of new CEO has begun to shift employees confidence and for the first time in 8 years I have started to see some positive hope and trust in the strategy and leadership and that a shift could come towards a more human environment
