VITA BRANDS - Stay far far away. Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews in the sea of 1 stars - the leadership directed some employees to make them. The culture is bad, with absolutely no care for employees. Many colleagues are or have been on sick leave because of the stressful working conditions. The leadership have no idea what they are doing and care nothing about employees. An example: the CEO staying at HOTEL KÄMP during change negotiations to reduce cost with 33 employees in Finland at risk. Many roles in Finland are also being moved to Denmark, which is now the “headquarters” for Vita. Soon nothing will be left in Finland. Very unserious leadership with no direction - it’s only going in one direction and it is down. And the HR leadership - even worse, some of the most unskilled HR leaders at the “headquarters” in Denmark. Overall it can be summarized in one word: SAD. Stay far away from this company. PS. The BA Fiskars side is not any better. Controlling leader and some proplems.
