Pros

Fisher’s invests a significant amount of time and attention into onboarding new hires. The process is both thorough and engaging, including a detailed review of the employee handbook and benefits. Notably, the Chief Executive Officer dedicates a few hours each month to meet with new employees, sharing insights into the company’s operations, recent customer developments, and organizational goals—both those set and successfully achieved. It’s clear that this level of involvement contributes to the company’s strong culture. In fact, Fisher’s has been recognized as one of the best places to work—an honor awarded by its own employees.

Cons

Would like to see sick time separated out of PTO

Pros

Company Culture & C-Suite Executives - 10/10 - A place where you really can have fun at work and with your co-workers.

Cons

Not a con - but highly do not recommend working here if you do not like cold calling. You won't make any money.

Pros

Fisher's Technology has a strong, reputable name in the industry. From day one, the onboarding and sales training is top notch. The Executive leadership is very approachable and cares about each and every one of the employees. In particular, the Utah and SE Idaho branch has an outstanding sales management team that has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. I've found them to be very trustworthy and honest. The compensation plan is very aggressive and has great opportunities to earn a high income if you're willing to work for it and put in the time. Fisher's has long standing relationships with some of the best brands in the industry allowing them to purchase equipment at great pricing levels which allows them to be very competitive in the markets they serve. The company as a whole has a fun culture that makes the job enjoyable each day.

Cons

Building the brand awareness in the Northern Utah branch has been a challenge, but keeps getting better each day.
