Pros
The pros of working at this company are tremendous, firstly you have somewhere you can grow with as a business professional, there are many opportunities for growth and they encourage it here! Second the team and culture is a strong suit as they focus on hiring like minded people with positive attitudes, drama is a thing of the past here. They are always keeping things light hearted and the company hosts many events for the employees.
Cons
Of course, with every amazing place there will be cons, unfortunately and the biggest con Fishers Tech has is the compensation and benefits. They will not pay you for what you are worth here. They will try to pay you the minimum amount they can in my experience and even with moving positions they will not compensate fairly. But the role has been so good and the culture so kind that the pay becomes something you can look past.
