very hard to get fired

endless gossip from/ spread by management favoritism FAVORITISM lack of integrity from management unclean kitchen disorganized line inconsistent prep which leads to inconsistent dishes if you work hard you WILL be used to pick up the favorites' slack lack of upkeep with kitchen appliances (safety issue) -there was literally a grease fire that at first was attempted to be ignored until close, but there was so much grease it wouldn't go out
