Pros
The pay and the hours where good. Managers and foremen communicated well and everyone was on the same page daily. High safety standards.
Cons
The subsistence pay was a little low for 7 days. Sometimes you could get stuck working for a different foreman for a day or two and every one doesn't do the same tasks in the same way or order.
