They allow employees to work very flexible hours and are understanding if any employees have personal life issues that they need to deal with.
Cons
The salaries are very low compared with similar jobs at other companies. The management has stale ideas and is more concerned with trying to cut costs rather than spend money to develop new products and services that the company needs to move forward and be successful.
