Frustrating - Business Analyst Fiserv Employee Review

Understaffed, overleveraged, no training on any products or services. Salary is not competitive. Growth is not an option. Management does not put people in positions of success, but rather by project -- this is a very "figure it out" type of model which is completely inefficient.
