Pros
Team was great to work with, loved my manager as well. The work was also interesting and engaging. I learned a lot about frontend development here.
Cons
Micro managing higher ups. Benefits get slowly removed every couple of months (unlimited PTO gone, forced RTO, many holidays taken away). Tracking software being added into laptops to monitor EVERYTHING on screen at all times. Constant hounding to track how long tickets/stories are taking through documentation. Layoffs happen periodically for no good reason.
