Under the legacy ANZ Fiserv management, there was a strong focus on work-life balance and an exceptional leadership team that genuinely cared for their employees. We enjoyed engaging social networking events that fostered both personal and professional growth within the team.
Cons
Since the merger, under the new management primarily from the legacy First Data team, there has been an increase in micro-management and limited opportunities for growth. Despite the company being profitable, cost-cutting measures are pervasive, impacting overall morale and development opportunities.
