Pros
Fiserv has a good reputation in the industry and employs a lot of good people. Working conditions are good. Pay used to be OK.
Cons
Management is still unable to instill the conecpt of One Fiserv across the business units. Delivering services that require involvement from multiple businesses first requires way too much internal negotiation.
