Poor management, minimal pay - Software Developer Fiserv Employee Review

There is a lot of difference in pay especially for the same title. Those who don't work at getting paid 20% higher than those who are actually putting in the hours. Manager's are not very helpful. Simply put -> if you do good work, you will get loads of work and no appreciation or pay. Not even an email when you complete an year. If you do bad work / no work, you will get good pay and lots of appreciation. I work in GBS Tech
