Pros
Very liberal work at home policies. Management puts up with the most grotesque incompetence imaginable. If you are bad at what you do, this is the place for you, because you will not get fired.
Cons
A very poor benefits package overall. Minor layoffs last three years. Limited promotional opportunities. Nothing done to develop staff. Company slowing loosing clients, but at an accelerating pace.
