Average - Senior Software Developer Fiserv Employee Review

I worked for 2 years here. I joined as I heard good things about work life here but things changed after its merger for First Data. It added sapience in all machines and one has to work for minimum 8 hrs. If it was 7.5 meeting with manager was scheduled and it was escalated. Work wise most project are on old tech. My project was for client and I had pathetic work life. many days i was working for 12 hrs so I resigned after some time. But i heard in 2 years ppl started leaving so they had to let go of this sapience tool. Not sure how work culture is there.
