• These are specific to working in FIRST DATA division of fiserv. Absolutely culture less company. Experienced people working in same projects for 5-10 years will make your life hell. Too many Bengali people managing makes it tough to survive for other people. No concept of learning curves for lateral new joiners. You'll be treated unprofessionally and your managers and HR will support this culture. Infrastructure has no facilities other than washrooms, canteen and gym. Super depressing environment in office.
