      Fiserv India, no more Fintech company

      If you want to grow and get rewarded for your normal work, be in Brand & Communication team. Every member of the team rewarded for their normal BAU work in the Annual Award ceremony while for IT people it is hard to get rewarded. Simple calculation the 100% of B&C rewarded vs. 5% of IT people rewarded.
