Pros

1. The pay isnt bad. 2. Great cafeteria plan 3. Scenic Campus in a wooded park like setting. 4. All the free soda and coffee, tea, or water you can drink 5. Very clean bathrooms 6. Very secure Buildings

Cons

1. No onboarding or orientation or admin support even as a company executive. 2. More executive level cliques and gossip than your average 7th grade class of middle school girls. 3. An HR department that has its fingers into everything and everyone but will not actually assist you without an executive order from their own line of command. 4. Relocations are from a small lump sum administered by an outsource vendor that must cover absolutely every thing. Reimbursements require expert level groveling. 5. On going civil war between the myriad of entire IT organizations located within each business unit and the one called FET which is suppossedly making the One Ring to rule them all and praying that magic will actually work. 6. No tolerance for differences of opinion, thought, dress, mannerisms, or blatant individuality. 7. Executive bonuses tied to the number of domestic full salary jobs which can vbe eliminated altogether or at a minimum off shored to the Fiserv "Global" associates in Puna India. 8. Associates who have been strugglling just to stay alive with a job for so long you can actually smell the fear coming off them in waves, and it is heartbreaking.

Pros

Pay is decent, great team mates

Cons

New CEO is ravaging the company from inside out. Layoffs, frozen job postings, and revoking all WFH privileges.
