Pros
There is a push to make the various components of Fiserv work closer together which is a huge undertaking, but will ultimately make it a better company.
Cons
After no raises in 2009, the 2010 raises were delayed until October. I got a good raise of 1.5% which speaks volumes. I don't see executives turning down their bonuses or postponing them. The only health plan offered is a High Deductible one with a Health Savings Account.
