- Stable company - Good if you want to just settle in If you don't care about professional growth or meaning raises in compensation then you can work here your entire career. But if you are looking for more then get out of here.
Cons
- No professional development - No recognition - No backfills, we get a lot of fresh college grad off shore hires for the experienced team members leaving us. - Management is not interested in hiring quality engineers in the US. - There is no promotion for years even if you do a very good job and your manager recommend you for a promotion for multiple years. The top management don't give their blessings. - Very poor communication from management. - Very poor inter department communication. - Line managers have no authority whatsoever, they are there just to do the annual review which is just a ritual they want to get done, there is no real meaning or outcome. - More days work from office than many people would like (3 per week) - The new Berkeley Heights office is well, just new. There is no gym, yoga/meditation room, no proper cafeteria (just some high chairs) those are too small. I am disappointed. There is no place to meet/socialize with your teams. Looks like all you have prioritized for the new office is max capacity for desks.
