Pros
Location is good. Hated working downtown. The commute and parking [and costs] were a pain. Nice suburban location with free surface parking. Nice work environment [building] with some food benefits. New 2.0 marketing rapper is kind of nice.
Cons
Same old crap as cross town. Layoffs, freezes and cut backs. Lousily horrible benefit packages. This is not SC Johnson for sure.
