The work culture has changed a lot after First data merger with Fiserv. Many cognizant and infosys employees have been hired in the management and they started to put pressure on employees to deliver more outside work. They want us to work like PAs at offshore and at the same time we have deliverables. If you work as personal assistant to your manager, you will be promoted and appreciated. Otherwise, you are fit for nothing. It has become like Leadership team vs delivery team. So sad to see this. But it is true.
