Pros
Time off is one of the best I've ever had with 2 weeks starting and 3 weeks going into your 3rd year. Working in a call center environment usually has flexible schedules. Great Christmas parties with lots of prizes to win. Changed to all casual dress right before I left the company. One year until 100% vested on 401k. Differential pay for 2nd shift employees.
Cons
Health coverage is sub-par High Deductible plan and a bit costly. Not much room for promotion and pay is below average. Had to jump through hoops to get the job initially only to be offered a part time job that cut me short of receiving Health Benefits until someone left leaving a full time position available. Lots of varying responsibilities but no additional compensation.
