Work is ok, but overloading on employees - Applications Developer Fiserv Employee Review

Management is not supportive of the employees.leave is good but then the weekend allowance that developers get is as low as 200 rs and then manager expects to do project work also along with weekend support. There is no support from onshore and their work also is dumped on onshore and managers just want their names to appear in the good books of their bosses. For that they push employees to stretch more and more. Also they micromanage you to such a level that it feels like a back to school experience
