PTO policy is pretty good. 18 days the 1st eyar.
Cons
Lack of adequate training. They throw you to the wolves without a roadmap, and very little guidance. You have to carve out the role if you want to survive. New CEO has brought his layoff mentality to destroy the culture. Company used to promote remote work, but this guy is saying, "If you don't live near a Fiserv office, either move there or accept a severance package." Total 20th century paradigm.
