Pros
Excellent, experienced, and dedicated staff that are easy to get along with and awesome to work beside. Competitive salaries, and okay benefits. Loyalty rewarded with a super vacation/holiday/sick days plan for those with many years in the company. Get to work on and develop software that millions of people use every day.
Cons
When the company experiences great financial successes, as it has much of recently, those monetary successes are not always shared with the associates. Promotions from within should be the rule, not the exception.
