Pros
Since they are always hiring it is an easy job to get when you are fresh out of college. If you are not married and like to travel the install trips are a great way to travel and get paid.
Cons
The pay is well below what you can get in most places and the raises are barely better than the increases in the base pay, My brother started 5 years after me and started 3K below what I make now.
