going home after the work day. lunch plan. decent amount of new equipment to work on and the few people on campus that are worth talking to.
Cons
Benefits, management, processes are all horrible. this company was named one of the top 10 WORST companies to work for in America. If you think I'm lying, google it and see. This place reminds me of Enron every time we have a town hall meeting with the CEO/CIO. They keep preaching "One Fiserv", yet they take bonuses away from the people that made them record profits and leave their bonuses intact. This place is glued together with bubble gum and scotch tape. People are resigning in record numbers on a weekly basis. I've even see people come on board and resign within 2 weeks. Don't leave your job to come to this place. I can honestly say that coming here was the biggest mistake I've ever made in my career.
