Very talented employee base, significant investment in leading edge solutions, financially very consistent and strong, employee training and development opportunities are growing quickly. Strong client base and employees and leaders seem passionate about serving them
Cons
Company is going thru a transformation to service clients as one company vs many business units, which makes some employees uncomfortable but the goal and progress is absolutely the right thing to do.
